Ik heb contact opgenomen met best building service en deze waren zeer snel ter plaatse. Er kwam een uiterst vriendelijke man, die de eerste schade heeft verholpen, ook bij de onderburen heeft hij de elektriciteit veilig gesteld. Door de rust die deze man uitstraalde daalde bij mij ook de spanning. Kortom een goede, vlotte service! Mijn moeder heeft net haar eigen zaak en voordat deze geopend kon worden, moest de vloer gereinigd worden. Dit heeft Best Building Service dan ook erg netjes gedaan! Echt een aanrader. Vragen ruim 7x zoveel als wanneer je gewoon wat apparaten huurt bij de bouwmarkt. Daarnaast moest ik er zelf constant achteraan bellen om te zorgen dat ze überhaupt weer kwamen voor een vochtmeting of om ze weg te halen. Voor deze prijs verwacht je wel beter. Provide absurd rates for help with water damage. So do NOT if you have insurance with deductible. Ask more than 7 times as much as if you just rent some devices from the hardware store. In addition, I had to constantly call afterwards to make sure they came again for a moisture measurement or to remove them. You expect better for this price.

De planning en uitvoering van het werk was zoals afgesproken. Het waren erg fijne vaklui, je kon merken dat ze gingen voor kwaliteit. Ook omdat ze steeds met ons in gesprek gingen over het verloop van het werk. De contacten met het kantoor in Duiven verliepen soepel, er was veel aandacht. Kortom: Hulde! BBS did a nice job! The micro cement floor is fantastic, it looks exactly as we expected. The planning and execution of the work was as agreed. They were very fine craftsmen, you could tell they went for quality. Also because they always talked to us about the progress of the work. Contacts with the office in Duiven went smoothly, there was a lot of attention. In short: Tribute!

Vloer was er slecht aan toe maar het resultaat is echt fantastisch! Bovendien zijn de eigenaar en de medewerkers ook nog eens gewoon heel aardig. Very professional company, keep agreements even if things are disappointing in the implementation. Floor was in bad shape but the result is really fantastic! Moreover, the owner and the employees are also just very nice.

Wij hadden wat tegenslag door dat de vloer nat was geworden (lekke leiding), maar dat hebben ze zelf voor ons opgelost en hersteld om zo de strak afgesproken planning te halen. Top en bedankt! Last week, Best Building Service made the garage floor for us. A company that fulfills its agreements well and completely unburdens you. We had some setbacks that the floor had become wet (leaky pipe), but they solved that for us and repaired it themselves in order to meet the tightly agreed schedule. Great and thank you!

Had to call several times to understand why I was being charged more than the agreed price and they said they have costs with transport, employees etc. But why that was not included on the original price? Very suspicious!!
