★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijne trainingen (buiten) om in beweging te blijven tijdens de zwangerschap, en daarna om weer in beweging te komen! Onder begeleiding van Hanny weet je zeker dat je geen 'foute' oefeningen doet.
Great training sessions (outdoors) to keep moving during pregnancy, and afterwards to get moving again! Under Hanny's guidance you can be sure that you are not doing 'wrong' exercises.
