★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not bother applying for a health insurance at Besured, they are unhelpful and they do not care about their clients' problems. The experience I had with this company has been horrible, I received a fine due to their incompetence. Stay away.

Apparently, they don't work with some high quality clinics (like Acibadem, for example) and they don't cover skin treatments "because we are a student insurance", even though they actively target "young professinals". But even if one is a student, but has a skin condition, so that person isn't entitled to cure that?? Outrageous and discriminating! 115€ paid for nothing.
I am a customer with them for almost 4 years and I can't wait to the end of the year to switch my insurance. And will spread a word to make sure others don't end up paying for everything themselves while also paying for insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They denied my wife's health insurance because she did not "comply to dutch health insurance laws" even though my wife was already insured beforehand. Afterwards Zilverenkruis was helpful enough to re-insure her there without any problems. Besured not to take any risks and choose another provider because they are not worth the hassle.
