l	loubna mix on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In februari had ik een storing, mijn verwarming deed het niet. . Ik heb toen op internet gezocht en ik zag de recensies van Betantotaal. Ik heb gebeld en de monteur is langsgeweest. Hij heeft de storing verholpen maar hij gaf wel aan dat het het beste was om de cv ketel te vervangen omdat mijn ketel van een slechte kwaliteit was en hij verwachtte dat ik met een paar maanden weer een storing zou krijgen. De ketel was nog geen 3 jaar geleden door een andere monteur geplaatst dus ik wilde nog even wachten met het vervangen. Nog geen 6 maanden later kreeg hij gelijk en had ik weer een storing, ik had geen warm water meer. De monteur is langsgeweest en hij is ruim een uur bezig geweest, maar de cv ketel bleef uitvallen. De monteur heeft toen ondanks zijn hele drukke agenda op zeer korte termijn een afspraak gepland om een nieuwe cv ketel te komen plaatsen. Hiij heeft geen kosten berekend voor dat uurtje van vandaag omdat hij vond dat ik al extra kosten had door de aanschaf van een nieuwe ketel. Ik kan deze monteur echt aanraden. Hij denkt mee met je en hij doet zijn best om de kosten laag te houden. Hij is nog van de oude stempel, klanten binding en kwaliteit vindt hij belangrijker dan snel alles afraffelen. Ook de telefoniste is heel vriendelijk. In February I had a malfunction, my heating was not working. . I then searched the internet and saw the reviews of Betantotaal. I called and the mechanic came by. He fixed the fault but he did indicate that it was best to replace the boiler because my boiler was of poor quality and he expected that I would have another fault in a few months. The boiler was installed by another mechanic less than 3 years ago, so I wanted to wait a little longer before replacing it. Less than 6 months later he was right and I had a malfunction again, I had no more hot water. The mechanic stopped by and he was busy for more than an hour, but the central heating boiler continued to fail. Despite his very busy schedule, the mechanic then scheduled an appointment at very short notice to come and install a new central heating boiler. He did not calculate any costs for that hour today because he thought that I already had extra costs due to the purchase of a new boiler. I can really recommend this mechanic. He thinks along with you and he does his best to keep costs low. It is still of the old stamp, customer loyalty and quality are more important to him than quickly rushing through everything. The operator is also very friendly.
