We came to buy a bed, but the seller simply ignored us and went about his business either at the computer or talking with colleagues. We had no desire to run after him and we just bought the bed of our dreams in a nearby store, where the sellers immediately came to help us.
Do not go here, let the seller sit out his working day doing nothing.

โ โ โ โ โ The two stars are for the friendly staff and the pricing, but the service is very poor. I had a problem every time I contacted them, they gave me a wrong delivery price, Have to chase the voucher they promissed and had to sleep on the floor ( just the matras) for almost 2 weeks with 6 months pregnancy. I prefer to order at Ikea in the future as you can atleast pick up parts yourself.

โ โ โ โ โ In-store service was good but our delivery time was agreed at 3 weeks from the purchase date. We are now 2 months later and they keep telling us that it's an issue at the supplier and we have to wait for a track and trace. If you sell something to a customer it is your responsibility to deliver it on time. As simple as that. Also heard from friends they had the same experience and then the delivery was not even correct. Stay away
