★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn vader is echt schandalig behandelt door de medewerkers van Beter Horen in de Halstraat te Breda! Het enige wat ze willen is nieuwe hoorapparaten verkopen. Mijn vader wilde alleen een beetje aanpassing op zijn oude hoorapparaten. Nee, deden ze niet. Apparaten zijn al 5 jaar oud, dus koop maar gewoon nieuwe. WTF??. Service of een beetje bijstelling, vergeet het!
My father was really treated shamefully by the employees of Beter Horen in the Halstraat in Breda! All they want is to sell new hearing aids. My dad just wanted a little adjustment on his old hearing aids. No, they didn't. Devices are already 5 years old, so just buy new ones. WTF??. Service or a little adjustment, forget it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Via telefoon afspraak maken. Winkel betreden met mondkapje.Direct naar aparte ruimte voor intake gesprek en hoortest volledig gereiningde koptelefoon.
Make an appointment by phone. Enter the store with a mouth mask, go directly to a separate room for an intake interview and a hearing test, fully cleaned headphones.

I stopped in with little hope that something could be done. Five minutes later, I walked out with a 2 working hearing aids. Service with a smile.
