Wanneer je online een afspraak maakt zijn ze niet op de hoogte waarvoor je komt.
En daarna hebben ze het verkeerde product besteld.
Fijne is wel. Dat ik de bestelling heb kunnen annuleren en ze (zoals nu beloofd hebben) het bedrag zullen storneren.
They don't know customer-friendliness.
When you make an appointment online, they are not aware of what you are coming for.
And then they ordered the wrong product.
Fine is. That I have been able to cancel the order and that they (as promised now) will reverse the amount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geen goede ervaring mee gehad . Alleen hun eigen mening telt. Wat de klant wil ,in ons geval eenvoudige aanpassingen voor iemand met de ziekte van Alzheimer was niet mogelijk.
Not had a good experience. Only their own opinion counts. What the customer wants, in our case simple adjustments for someone with Alzheimer's disease was not possible.

Werd vriendelijk en professioneel geholpen. Bij het ophalen bleek er een bevestegings touwtje niet aanwezig te zijn, deze is een paar dagen later netjes naar mijn huisadres verstuurd. Prima sevice dus.
Have done a hearing test here and had hearing protection measured and purchased.
Was helped kindly and professionally. When picking up, it turned out that there was no confirmation string, it was neatly sent to my home address a few days later. Great sevice.
