β β β β β In January '21 I bought a crosstrainer Senz sports c7000 from BeterSport BV (β¬1,199). Touchscreen was used... fingerprints all over and scratched. After a few sessions there was a ticking sound so I contacted them via mail and phone. They responded to my first email saying they would offer a solution. Since then and after 8 emails, no reaction. I also called but the line was disconnected after I heard a message saying that it was too busy at their side! There you are. Impossible to reach customer service, very frustrating! Now, 2 months after purchase, there is a loud crackling sound, you can just feel that something is wrong at the front of the flywheel. Even the neighbours can hear when we crosstrain! Highly discouraged!
Also, when you search for the type of crosstrainer senz sports c7000, there are a lot of websites that recommend the device highly but in the end, when you click through, you find that they all end up at.... you guessed it: 'BeterSport B.V.'! Scammers!

β β β β β Awful support service! My fit bike display was broken and I have been trying to reach out to support for months. The representative Marc Lamberts has been feeding me lies from the start, and after my 5th email my communication was at all ignored!! I have a valid warranty but they are simply ignoring me!!!Do not buy from this company! Never had such a bad experience in my life!!

β β β β β It is a very inconvenient customer service. When we need to ask for a service because of a defect after purchasing, we had to wait for more than 30 minutes in the line. We tried to contact through email and we didn't get response for 10 days. We called three times since then and after 30 minutes of calling the line would be disconnected.

β β β β β Ordered from Betersport dumbells through Bol.com. Received emails that they had been shipped (after the original promised date). After asking about the staus a few days later, they said that they could not deliver, as the item was not on stock. However, they are STILL selling the item, but now 25% more expensive. This is such a scam.

β β β β β Please do not order anything from this website. I placed my order 6th Jan 2022. They promise to deliver in 4 days. I havenβt received any updates yet. Customer service is not reachable at all. no point in calling them as they will never pickup. I will still keep on trying for refund and keep the review updated
Update: After multiple emails, I got my refund 15/02/2022

My elderly mother bought a treadmill that gave an E5 error from the moment it was installed. It took several weeks before a mechanic showed up to fix the problem. Within 15 minutes after he left, the E5 error returned. My mum notified betersport but they do not respond. What a horrible customer service. Stay away from this company.

β β β β β Horrible experience. Extremely unprofessional and seems like a SCAM business. People who order from them should be aware that they take your money and never send you the products or maybe after half a year. I will consider making an official police complaint based on my consumer experience.
Response to BETERSPORT:
Would be much better if you respond to calls and claims half as quick as you respond to comments on Google.
Would never order from this place again.
