★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jammer dat de persoon die met klanten werkt (Hans) bijzonder onbeschoft is. Hij stuurde een bericht door waar een ietwat lullige opmerking in zat per ongeluk naar mij door. Toen ik Hans daar op aansprak kwam er in plaats van een verontschuldiging een venijnig bericht. Op die manier raak je natuurlijk snel klanten kwijt.
 Too bad the person who works with customers (Hans) is particularly rude. He accidentally forwarded a message that contained a somewhat silly comment to me. When I spoke to Hans about this, instead of an apology, a vicious message came. That way you will of course quickly lose customers.
