Uiteindelijk kontura houtkachel incl. afvoerkanaal geplaatst. Zeer tevreden over! During personal conversation, we think along well: came to look for a central heating / wood-burning stove, but instead of just selling such an expensive installation to us, it was discouraged for our use. Ultimate kontura wood stove incl. Drain installed. Very satisfied with it!

N.a.v. dit advies zijn we verder gegaan met de verbouwing en kosten gemaakt voor het maken van een koof e..d. om de kachelpijp heen. Een week later kreeg ik te horen dat we toch niet veilig konden stoken. De jongen die die camera inspectie uitvoerde was blijkbaar NIET op de hoogte van de huidige wetgeving. Dat lijkt me een minimaal vereiste voor iemand die een kachelinspectie doet. Verkeerd advies ontvangen en dus onnodige kosten gemaakt. Een andere medewerker wilde zelfs de fouten niet toegeven. Ik zou dit bedrijf aan niemand anders adviseren voor kachelinspectie. Young boy came by for a stove inspection. He said we could burn safely. N.a.v. this advice we continued with the renovation and costs incurred for making a cove e..d. around the stovepipe. A week later I was told that we could not fire safely. The boy who carried out that camera inspection was apparently NOT aware of the current legislation. That seems to me to be a minimum requirement for someone doing a stove inspection. Received wrong advice and therefore incurred unnecessary costs. Another employee wouldn't even admit the mistakes. I would not recommend this company to anyone else for stove inspection.
I	Ingmar Hoogendoorn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eind vorig jaar hier een kachel gekocht. Advies en communicatie prima verlopen. Bedrijf komt afspraken na, erg prettig. Plaatsing is netjes gedaan. Kanaal wordt netjes afgewerkt en er wordt geen bende achtergelaten. Onvoorziene zaken werden in overleg goed opgelost. In het voorjaar nog klein mankement ontdekt (meer de schuld van de aannemer ipv Betuws Haardenhuis), maar wordt zonder problemen opgelost. Denken dan weer mee: dan vegen we het kanaal ook gelijk. Aanrader. Bought a stove here at the end of last year. Advice and communication went well. Company keeps appointments, very pleasant. Placement is neatly done. Channel is neatly finished and no gang is left behind. Unforeseen issues were properly resolved in consultation. Small defect was discovered in the spring (more the fault of the contractor instead of Betuws Haardenhuis), but will be solved without problems. Then think along: we will also sweep the channel immediately. Recommended.
