★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of leegstand these days, the whole remodeling job can't hide that. Still it's better than Beverwijks other malls. Europaplein for example is even more convoluted and less convenient. But this is only for lack of a real city center feel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new look is much better (completed early 2017)...there has been quite a decay in steady stores in this small mall over the years so hopefully the new look helps. 2 big supermarkets and a very good bakery, butcher and fishshop seem to be the center of activity here. Parking lot fills up quickly on saturdays.
