★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mariëlle was gastdocente tijdens de marketing Werkantie die ik georganiseerd heb voor ondernemers. Werken en ontspanning. Marketingcoaching en daarbij activiteiten waarbij de deelnemers in de ontspanning inzichten krijgen om te groeien in hun bedrijf. Dat was de reden dat ik Mariëlle in wilde huren als gastdocente.
In een uur tijd hebben we al dansend onderzocht wat we nodig hebben om uit je comfortzone te komen. Mariëlle gaf bij aanvang iedereen de vraag wat hij/zij nodig had. En daarna zijn we gaan bewegen. Ieder op zijn/haar eigen manier. Mariëlle leert je geen pasje. Ze begeleidt je door het bewegen heen (o.a. Bodyscan).
** Wat het mij persoonlijk gebracht heeft: Door de concreetheid van de ‘opdracht’ bodyscan raakte ik het ‘onwennige samen dansen’ snel kwijt. Er kwam als vanzelf bij mij een behoefte naar boven die ik helemaal in de beweging vorm kon geven. Dat verbaasde mij (nuchter als ik) herinner ik me.
Beetje uit mijn comfortzone door dichterbij elkaar te dansen en om elkaar echt aan te kijken.
** Als organisator van de werkantie/opdrachtgever gastdocente:
Ze stelt iedereen met haar zachte en tevens kordate sturing op zijn/haar gemak. Ze luistert goed, let tijdens de sessie goed op wat er met de deelnemers gebeurt en geeft coachende feedback. Ze geeft ook aandacht aan afronding van wat vrij is gekomen.
Saillant detail: Mariëlle heeft met zorg de muziek uitgekozen voor deze werkantie. Maar ook zonder de Werkantie-muziek thuis heeft Mariëlle mij bewust gemaakt dat je dansend mag leven. Een dansje bij het wakker worden en een dansje op het werk.
Het is niet zomaar bewegen, niet zomaar dansen. Je beweegt je oprecht verder. En het is heerlijk. Aanrader.

 Mariëlle was a guest lecturer during the Marketing Werkantie that I organized for entrepreneurs. Work and relaxation. Marketing coaching and thereby activities where the participants gain insight into the relaxation in their company. That was the reason that I wanted to hire Mariëlle as a guest teacher.
In an hour we dance and investigated what we need to get out of your comfort zone. At the start, Mariëlle asked everyone what he / she needed. And then we started moving. Everyone in his / her own way. Mariëlle does not teach you a pass. She guides you through the movement (including body scan).
** What it has brought me personally: Due to the concreteness of the "commission" body scan, I quickly lost the "uncomfortable dancing together". A need arose naturally that I could fully shape in the movement. I am surprised that (sober as I am) I remember.
Bit out of my comfort zone by dancing closer together and really looking at each other.
** As organizer of the employment / client guest teacher:
She puts everyone at ease with her soft and also firm control. She listens well, watches carefully what happens to the participants during the session and gives coaching feedback. She also pays attention to the completion of what has been released.
Salient detail: Mariëlle has carefully chosen the music for this work. But even without the Werkantie music at home, Mariëlle made me aware that you can live dancing. A dance when you wake up and a dance at work.
It is not just moving, not just dancing. You move sincerely on. And it's delicious. Recommended.
