★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have the chance to work with Marcel Sterk, it's an absolute must. Marcel's work is second-to-none and he can do that work in an incredibly timely manner.
Beyond just his technical and artistic ability, is his excellent communication (that you will not get from every creative person you work with). He won't leave you wondering where he's at in a project, and you'll be able to rest easy knowing if he's agreed to a deadline, it will be met.
We had a somewhat daunting project technically with multiple language deliverables across two third-party vendors with purchased plug-ins and issues on the other end, and not only did he deliver ten localized videos in an incredibly fast turnaround, he was communicating with the other vendors to avoid miscommunications and missed deadlines.
We boxed him in a bit on this project creatively and so I look forward very much to the next time we hire him being able to set him loose and let his vision take on the whole task!
