★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the level of their work. Mine and many other contributions to an investigation were completely disregarded in the summary of the investigation. They only indicated that they obtained both positive and negative reports about a certain department and concluded that this meant that the culture wasn't that bad. This was nothing new, and known before the investigation. Nothing was said about the many people (majority) who had negative experiences, these were disregarded and just combined in the comment 'there are some leadership problems'. The severity of these experiences was not addressed in any way. Leaving those people who stepped up to improve the situation completely abandoned. If you every consider hiring a company to perform an objective investigation about social safety that takes complaints serious, don't hire Bezemer & Schubad.
