Zeer slechte service. Bestelling geplaatst, geen bevestiging en betalingsgegevens ontvangen. Krijg ik 3 weken later een mail dat ik niet betaald heb. Vervolgens betaald, bestelling ontvangen. BH's voldoen niet aan de verwachtingen, retour gemeld en verzonden. Nu al weken bezig om mijn geld terug te krijgen, zou mis gegaan zijn met een storing en opnieuw gedaan worden. Moet zelf heel de tijd contact opnemen, want uit zichzelf laten ze niks horen. Helaas lees ik nu dat het de gebruikelijke gang van zaken is bij BHsupport. Ik raad echt niemand aan om hier ooit iets te kopen/bestellen.
Very bad service. Order placed, no confirmation and payment details received. 3 weeks later I get an email that I have not paid. Then paid, order received. Bras do not meet expectations, reported and sent back. Been trying to get my money back for weeks now, would have gone wrong with a malfunction and will be redone. You have to contact them yourself all the time, because they don't let you hear anything on their own. Unfortunately, I now read that it is the usual way of doing things at BHsupport. I really don't recommend anyone to ever buy/order anything from here.

Ik heb 2 bikini’s besteld (direct de dag na bestelling ontvangen) in verschillende maten en de minst passende bikini terug gestuurd. Natuurlijk met de kaartjes en binnen de bedenktijd. Helaas heb ik geen bevestiging van ontvangst ontvangen en was ik dus best een beetje nerveus (zoveel slechte reviews) of mijn geld teruggestort zou worden. Het duurde dan ook even maar na 15 dagen ( 1 dag te laat) heb ik het volledige bedrag ontvangen. Mijn ervaring als je gewoon netjes de bestelling retourneert en niet verwacht dat je morgen het bedrag op je rekening staat dan is het een prima website met heel mooie merken. Helaas bied BH support geen gratis retour van artikelen en duurt het echt ff voordat je geld op je rekening staat maar die keuze maak je zelf als je een bestelling doet bij dit bedrijf. Product is fantastisch maar als ik elders betere service kan krijgen zal ik daarvoor kiezen. Gewoon een betrouwbare website en bedrijf zolang jij je aan hun regels houd. Heb ook 3 keer telefonisch contact gehad deze werd gewoon beantwoord !!
I ordered 2 bikinis (received immediately the day after ordering) in different sizes and sent back the least suitable bikini. Of course with the tickets and within the cooling-off period. Unfortunately I did not receive a confirmation of receipt and I was a bit nervous (so many bad reviews) whether my money would be refunded. It took a while, but after 15 days (1 day late) I received the full amount. My experience, if you just neatly return the order and do not expect the amount to be on your account tomorrow, then it is a great website with very nice brands. Unfortunately, BH support does not offer a free return of items and it really takes a while before your money is in your account, but you make that choice yourself when you place an order with this company. Product is fantastic but if I can get better service elsewhere I will choose that. Just a reliable website and company as long as you follow their rules. Have also had 3 telephone contact with this was simply answered !!

Something went wrong one their end the did not fess up to it no it’s my fault the woman said then when On the chat service she just stopt the conversation and won’t help me seriously the worst behaved customer service I have ever had in my life never buying their again hope I get my money back !!! A couple of days later still no respons to all of my emails The woman is still not nice one the phone she tels me because i send 4 emails they don’t see me as a Custer any more so the won’t give me a responds and get my money back in 14 days Pleas no one buy here seriously the worst company I have ever bought something on te internet !!!

I regret I have not checked the reviews before. Unfriendly, inflexible customer service. Unpleasant communication. Do not recommend this shop. I assume that if you want to work in retail, you should at least respect your customers, but that is not the case.

Excellent products, lousy customer service... I have placed two orders at this shop. The first order arrived within a few days and all articles were as described on the website. So I was really happy and placed a second order. The second order did not arrive, not even after a week waiting. So I cancelled it and send some of the articles back from the first order. The trouble started when I was waiting for the reimbursement. For the reimbursement of the cancelled order (where I did not even receive the articles), I had to wait for the payment for 3 weeks, and I had the impression that I only received it after the many emails and reminders I wrote. The reimbursement of the articles I sent back took much longer and was eventually done 5 weeks after they had received the articles (they say maximum 2 weeks on their website). In order to receive this reimbursement, I had to write many emails, often with no reply or not even a full sentence of reply. No hello or any greetings. It's a pity. The articles were really of a top quality, but the customer service is a catastrophe. I would not order there again.

Extremely unprofessional owner as well as the worker. They don't really say if the product is not in stock. They called me and tried to persuade me to buy other bra's that wasn't even my size. It was handled by the owner and she didn't even want to listen she just wanted to hear that I do want what she was offering and when I stud my ground she canceled the whole order. Klant is geen koning hier. At the we finally agreed on something and then they just changed it again to sell me what they had because everything that I have ordered was out of stock and then you have to wait 14 days to get your money back.
