o	original Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is niet goed, nieuw horloge gekocht dat al snel kapot was. Het horloge is vervolgens maanden weg zonder dat je wat hoort. Batterijtje voor oud horloge (om toch wat te hebben) moesten we gewoon betalen. Wordt niet met de klant meegedacht. Service is not good, bought a new watch that was soon broken. The watch is then gone for months without hearing anything. Battery for old watch (to have something) we just had to pay. Is not involved with the customer.

Dus dit heb ik laten repareren en met goed en eerlijk vertrouwen op laten sturen. Kosten €40.- (leek me best duur) maar hun zeiden het en aangezien ik er al ruim 4 jaar klant was vertrouwde ik de zaak. Duurde helaas wel 3 a 4 weken. Na 6 weken nog niks gehoord te hebben, belde ik zelf op en kreeg ik een erg brutaal antwoord: Er was gebeld en ze zijn te druk om nog een keer te bellen en daarbij had ik me voicemail maar af moeten luisteren. Oke ... Dus ik me horloge opgehaald viel dezelfde middag het kroontje, wat vervangen was er weer uit. (Hij zat helemaal niet vast) Dus ik terug, geen sorry of excuses. Ik moest hem gewoon maar weer 3 a 4 weken op laten sturen en er werd niks vergoed of tegemoet gekomen. (Terwijl je ondertussen wel een horloge van ruim 250 euro 2 maanden kwijt bent en de batterij ook verder loopt.) Na dit alles ben ik 2 andere juweliers en DKNY dealers gaan bellen wat deze reparatie/ vervanging bij hun kost. Deze bedragen varieerde tussen de 17.50 en 25 euro. Maar GEEN 40 EURO. Wat ik er voor betaald heb inclusief de slechte en onvriendelijke behandeling. Terwijl je een goede vaste klant was, die al 4 jaar lang spullen koopt. En dan gewoon zo behandeld worden. ABSURT!! Bought several jewelry here. Including a watch of which I lost the crown. So I had this repaired and sent with good and honest trust. After 6 weeks of not hearing anything, I called and I got a very cheeky answer: The call was made and they are too busy to call again and I should have listened to my voicemail. Okay ... So I picked up my watch the same afternoon the crown fell, what was replaced again. (He wasn't stuck at all) So I returned, no sorry or excuses. I just had to send it again for 3 to 4 weeks and nothing was refunded or compensated. (While in the meantime you have lost a watch of more than 250 euros for 2 months and the battery also continues to run.) After all this I went to call 2 other jewelers and DKNY dealers about what this repair / replacement will cost them. These amounts varied between 17.50 and 25 euros. But NO 40 EURO. What I paid for it including the bad and unfriendly treatment. While you were a good regular customer, who has been buying stuff for 4 years. And then just be treated like that. ABSURT !!

Nice shop for small gifts or greeting cards. Only been 1x because I happened to be in the area, but definitely worth remembering.
B	B.A. de Lange on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik had een horlogebatterijtje nodig en vroeg om een kaartje met meerdere exemplaren. Dat kon niet. Er werd er 1 van een kaartje afgeknipt, 5 euro. Thuis even gekeken op internet, 10 batterijtjes voor dezelfde 5 euro. Gek dat kleine winkels het moeelijk hebben. Voortaan snel via internet bestellen. I needed a watch battery and asked for a ticket with several copies. That couldn't be. One of them was cut off a ticket, 5 euros. At home we had a look on the internet, 10 batteries for the same 5 euros. Strange that small shops are struggling. Order quickly via the internet from now on.

Bovendien uitstekende service en vriendelijke medewerker(s). Kwaliteit en je wordt er leuk geholpen!! Zeker aan te raden! Zelf onlangs nog 2 paar zilveren oorbellen gekocht. Blij mee! Bibelot Alblasserdam, a very nice shop with very beautiful jewelry bags, gifts and what not more. Moreover, excellent service and friendly employee (s). Quality and you will receive nice help !! Definitely recommend! Recently bought 2 pairs of silver earrings myself. Happy with!

Aanrader. Super shop for jewelry and beautiful things. Also nice small gifts with a wink for anniversary or birthdays. Good service and attentive to advice. Recommended.
