In november 2015 had ik een nieuwe Urban Arrow family model 2015/2016 gekocht. Onlangs ontdekte ik dat BiciCare zich net bij mij om de hoek had gevestigd aan de Maarten Harpertszoon Trompstraat 46 in Amsterdam West. BiciCare is een officiële Urban Arrow dealer in Amsterdam, daarnaast onderhoud en repareert BiciCare ook iedere ander fietsenmerk. Mijn vriendin was laatst zeer goed geholpen met haar Gazelle Heavy Duty, waarbij de naaf was vastgelopen. BiciCare is een relatief kleine fietsenzaak, maar Alex de fietsenmaker en tevens de eigenaar is zeer klantgericht. Hij staat letterlijk altijd voor mij klaar. Een Urban Arrow vraagt om specialistisch onderhoud. Alex heeft een aantal aanpassingen aan mijn Urban Arrow gemaakt terwijl hij mij ondertussen informatie en tips gaf over het onderhoud van de fiets. Alex gaat zeer vakkundig te werk en weet waar hij het over heeft. Niet alleen omdat hij zelf dagelijks op een Urban Arrow rijdt, maar ook omdat hij er al veel onder handen heeft genomen. BiciCare is de specialist op het gebied van de Urban Arrow fiets in Amsterdam West. Ik vertrouw mijn Urban Arrow aan niemand anders meer toe dan aan BiciCare. Alex, nogmaals bedankt voor de goede service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience. They let you pay for their advertisement. One small scratch on their advertisement sticker and they let you pay 35 euro. I never write bad comments, but to me this is so strange and unfriendly; a shame for Amsterdam this shop.

Super nice guys and the repair was done really well. And to finish it off, the repair was very cheap (yes, I'm Dutch). They deserve every 5 star review!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can I say? Alex is the most enthusiastic bike shop owner I've ever met here in Amsterdam. I was hesitant at first because of the many dodgy bike shops around the city, but hands down for BiciCare! Read the reviews and you'll see what I mean.
BiciCare is one of the few stores in Amsterdam where you can rent electric cargo bikes. I rented one for the weekend for a really reasonable rate.
Trustworthy shop owned passionate bike mechanics, highly recommended! Keep up the good work guys!
