β β β β β They were able to partially collect my credit but their organisation and customer care is terrible. The lawyer they assigned me replied she was going on holiday so she left me with no answers. I had to call them to remind them they had to forward me the payments. Also they kept asking for the payment of an invoice after they said the fees had been deducted already from the payments. Terrible organisation and high fees!
