Gebeld begin van de middag (4-8) en moest later terug bellen i.v.m lunchpauze, dit gedaan. Overleg zou plaatsvinden waarna er teruggebeld zou worden en tot op heden niets gehoord....
 Email sent to book early morning (4-8) no response to date.
Called early afternoon (4-8) and had to call back later due to lunch break, did this. Consultation would take place after which there would be a call back and to date nothing heard....
