Yes I was here I bought a truck and the office service is impeccably polite but the staff the staff are not helpers don't really cooperate maybe some should be sent from there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a truck, what supposed to be good working condition, turns out it is not- engine faults, missing some critical crane parts...
We spend many days and h to drive there and back without truck.
We agreed, that money will be send back- every day I asked when it will be done, some times got respond- but mostly they ignored. When they responded always said tomorrow you will get it... But when tomorrow comes again nothing, next day again tomorrow.
Only when I involved some professionals from NL to solve this issue, only then I got 48 000 EUR neto back- this is after 2 weeks....
So if not help from outside, I feel they would keep me ignoring for months.
When I purchased truck I check reviews here, so I was sure everything will be ok- because reviews are good. But my deal was not. Please check your machines before you buy them, because this company have poor communication skills and do not want to admit their mistakes. Still no apology for situation.
