★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bon gekocht via socialdeal, toen ik belde kreeg ik te horen dat het bedrijf niet meer zou bestaan maar dat ze nog wel een afspraak voor me konden maken. Paar keer teruggebeld, maar nooit meer wat van ze gehoord. Naar mijn geld kon ik fluiten. Mijn tip: lekker niet doen ?
 Bon bought through social deal, when I called I was told that the company would no longer exist but that they could still make an appointment for me. Called back a few times, but never heard from them again. I could whistle for my money. My tip: don't do it ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij het maken van de eerste afspraak probeert big smile mij mijn groupon te laten annuleren en een nieuwe afspraak rechtstreeks bij hun te maken. Dan krijg ik betere kwaliteit eb kan sneller terecht (.. ) Dit vind ik niet nodig. Vervolgens wordt de afspraak door Big Smile vergeten. Wordt na herhaaldelijke verzoeken van mijn kant (meer dan 10x gebeld, geWhatsappt, voicemail ingesproken) niet teruggebeld, op 06 nr wordt bijna nooit opgenomen. Big Smile...het is om te janken... NIET DOEN DUS!!! 30 euro betaald voor niets!!!
When making the first appointment, big smile tries to get me to cancel my groupon and make a new appointment directly with them. Then I get better quality and I can go faster (..) I don't think this is necessary. Then the appointment is forgotten by Big Smile. Is not called back after repeated requests from my side (more than 10 times called, WhatsApp, voicemail messages), on 06 no. Big Smile ... it is to cry ... DON'T DO THIS !!! Paid 30 euros for nothing !!!
