β β β β β Poor customer service, unfriendly staff and reservation does not work and how the staff deal with the situation is unprofessional. No solution for customers. Membership cannot be cancelled even if the gym cannot offer the service I expected.

β β β β β Gym facilities are nice. But the customer service and subscription arrangement is not good. We had rented a house for 1 year next to the Tilburg gym and asked for a 1 year only contract. They extend the contract without notification and make it very hard to unsubscribe.

β β β β β whey they opened gyms after corona, they automatically activated my old, not used subscription, (when I have another one now),and now I got a letter from debt collector saying I owe them over 100 euros!! not recoomend, Iβll be changing gym for sure

β β β β β Customer service is horrible, they delay the reply on purpose. I made multiple requests to cancel my subscription, sent emails, I paid invoices for no reason because they don't reply on my emails. Horrible

People on reception donβt know nothing, they just send you to website.
