E	Erwin de Vries on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personeel staat voornamelijk met hun telefoon te spelen achter de balie. Vaak zie ik ook een lege balie en de 1/2 personeelsleden die Personal Training staan te geven aan hun matties en homies (allemaal gevorderde sporters overigens). Een van de personeelsleden zit dan met zijn telefoon te spelen, hangend op een apparaat of staat toe te kijken met de handen in de zakken. Misschien is het goed dat ze zich beseffen dat ze er voor alle bezoekers zijn en dat zeker 60% van hun bezoekers, echt slecht staat te trainen. Ik heb ze nog nooit een rondje langs de mensen zien maken om wat uitleg of bijsturing te geven. Aardige hippe jongens hoor, maar geen vaklui. Zelfde geldt overigens voor de meeste lessen die worden gegeven. Een hoop geschreeuw naar de deelnemers, maar technisch ziet het er ronduit belabberd uit. Ik heb overigens 13 jaar ervaring als PT en weet goed wat het vak inhoudt en service en uitstraling waard zijn in een sportschool. Dit is echt tenenkrommend!!! Staff mainly play with their phones behind the counter. I often see an empty desk and the 1/2 staff members who are giving Personal Training to their mates and homies (all advanced athletes by the way). One of the staff members then sits playing with his phone, hanging from a device or standing by with hands in pockets. Perhaps it is good that they realize that they are there for all visitors and that at least 60% of their visitors are really bad at training. I've never seen them make a tour of people to give some explanation or adjustment. Nice hip guys, but no professionals. The same applies to most of the lessons that are given. A lot of yelling at the participants, but technically it looks downright lousy. By the way, I have 13 years of experience as a PT and I know well what the profession entails and what service and appearance are worth in a gym. This is really cringe-inducing!!!

They misfiled my contract, over charged me, and then threatened legal action if I didn't pay more. I was disturbed by how their office behaved during the whole process. I would recommend not going to this gym, but if you do, make sure to make copies of every document you sign with them in case they try to cheat you like they did me.

Moreover I was charged for the time of the lockdown when I was obviously unable to use the membership. After mail they told that the refund (in smaller amount then it was paid by me) will be on my account in 10 weeks (!!!). Unreachable by phone, the contact hours are apparently between 9-12 per day which is ridiculous. Pretty much scam company, just wanted to get as much money as possible.

I was in the biggym wormerveer to cancel my subscription in September and the employee took my admission card from me. biggym continues to send me incasso to pay. On the hotline, they refer me to the biggym wormerveer and the biggym wormerveer on the hotline. No contact from the gym after online cancellation. Probably without a lawyer it will not be possible to solve this case. I warn everyone they are cheating !!!

Tragic gym. service unpleasant. in the cloakroom it smells of old herring. They sell left-hand steroids after which you have abscesses and you can't sit for two weeks. I do not recommend this toilet
