★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a haircut at Bij Bjorn two days ago. Initially it looked really good, after it was all blow dried, and I was very happy, yet after I washed my hair and I let it natural, it looks horrible, like I cut it myself with closed eyes. The hair is longer on one side than the other, and all the hair cut is uneven.
The hairstylist was very nice, the place was clean and the atmosphere was lovely, however I am very unhappy with how my hair looks and now I have to keep it tied in a ponytail so I won't see it.
L.E.: I initially gave the salon 1 star, but I changed my mind and put it into 3 stars, as of course my experience is subjective, and it is not fair to rate my experience when I should rate the business. As I stated, everything was lovely and I left happy, it was just after washing that I realised the difference between the hair sides. Of course, everybody is human and mistakes happen.
The team from Bij Bjorn offered to repair what I am unhappy for, and I think this is very kind of them and says a lot about their team and ethic. As soon as my hair grows back a bit, I will come back for a second chance.
