Levertijd was eigenlijk 1 jaar maar via connecties met andere zaken in Nederland hebben ze de fiets gevonden en snel geleverd. Een groot applaus!! I am very satisfied with the commitment and customer-friendliness of Daatzelaar bicycles in Bussum. No effort was spared to find the bike I wanted. Delivery time was actually 1 year, but through connections with other businesses in the Netherlands, they found the bike and delivered it quickly. A big round of applause !!

Later terug geweest en netjes geholpen met het opnieuw afstellen van de versnellingen. Top winkel met een hele fijne klantgerichte service en vriendelijk personeel! Some time ago I bought a beautiful Cortina bicycle from this bicycle shop. I received excellent assistance and left the house with a beautiful bicycle. Returned later and helped with the readjustment of the gears. Top store with a very nice customer-oriented service and friendly staff!

Ik denk dat ik er wel 10 keer ben geweest om me de verschillen uit te laten leggen en fietsen te proberen, want het is wel een investering. De service die ik ontving overtrof al mijn verwachtingen. Er kunnen tegenwoordig wachttijden zijn door chipvoorraden enzo, maar Rick wist bij een collega een fiets te ruilen zodat ik binnen 2 weken mijn mooie Qwic in huis had en de bossen in kon. Ik ben superblij met mijn prachtige fiets en wil jullie hartelijk danken voor jullie geduld en voor de leuke deal ;) I too recently went for an e-bike and ended up at Daatzelaar. I think I've been there at least 10 times to let me explain the differences and try bikes, because it's an investment. The service I received exceeded all my expectations. Nowadays there can be waiting times due to chip stocks and such, but Rick managed to exchange a bike with a colleague so that I had my beautiful Qwic at home within 2 weeks and could go into the woods. I am very happy with my beautiful bike and would like to thank you very much for your patience and for the nice deal ;)

Proefritten mogen maken op diverse modellen, duidelijke uitleg over de verschillen tussen de geteste fietsen. Bij de aflevering de fiets duidelijk uitgelegd gekregen. Top service en erg vriendelijke mensen, daar wordt je gewoon blij van! From receipt in the store to the delivery of my electric bicycle, very correct and neat help. May make test rides on various models, clear explanation of the differences between the tested bikes. The bike was clearly explained on delivery. Top service and very friendly people, that just makes you happy!
H	Hein Oomen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waardeloze fietsenmaker - is alleen maar bezig met het genereren van inkomsten en heeft geen interesse om je fiets ook daadwerkelijk te repareren. Tot 3x toe ben ik er weggegaan met een fiets die naderhand nog altijd exact dezelfde gebreken vertoond als voor de reparatie. Lousy bike repair shop - is only concerned with generating income and has no interest in actually repairing your bike. Up to 3 times I left with a bicycle that afterwards still shows exactly the same defects as before the repair.

At the moment I only speak English but thats not a problem in this multi lingual shop. They are always extremely welcoming and very helpful. I would recommend this shop to everyone of all levels of cycling ability. This will always be my first shop to call for any parts, clothing, tools and bikes. Keep up the good work.
