Tevens zijn ze aangesloten bij nationaal fietsplan, waardoor ik al voor de tweede keer een fiets van de zaak kan uitkiezen. De keuze uit verschillende fietsen is relatief ruim, maar niet zo groot dat je door de bomen het bos niet meer ziet! Een ritje maken op een fiets om te voelen hoe het rijd kan altijd. Persoonlijke hulp en heel vriendelijk. Hartverwarmend als mensen een stapje extra voor je willen zetten om je te helpen. En die mensen werken bij de Bikeshop. We komen hier zeker terug. Very good help this morning at the Bikeshop. For an exceptional situation that was in a hurry for us, they immediately made the wheels for the dog cart. Personal help and very friendly. It is heartwarming when people want to go the extra mile for you to help you. And those people work at the Bikeshop. We will definitely come back here.
O	Olaf Leemans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recent een moerkapje van mijn MTB-achterdemper verloren en vandaag aan de Bikeshop-medewerker gevraagd of ze wellicht een dergelijk onderdeel beschikbaar hebben. Het werd gauw duidelijk dat de medewerker meer aandacht had voor de mensen om mij heen die een nieuwe fiets wilden aanschaffen. Na een korte navraag was het antwoord van de medewerker dan ook 'nee'. Omdat er flink wat fully's in de winkel stonden, opperde ik nog of het onderdeel wellicht besteld kon worden of dat er alternatieven zijn. Opnieuw was de botte reactie 'nee', hebben we niet'. De vrijwel afwezige ruimte tot meedenken en de aanmatigende houding maakten mijn eerste bezoek aan deze winkel tot een flinke teleurstelling. Recently lost a nut cap from my MTB rear shock and asked the Bikeshop employee today if they might have such a part available. It soon became clear that the employee was more attentive to the people around me who wanted to buy a new bicycle. After a brief inquiry, the employee's answer was 'no'. Because there were quite a few fully stocks in the shop, I suggested whether the part could perhaps be ordered or whether there are alternatives. Again the blunt response was 'no, we haven't'. The almost absent space for thinking along and the presumptuous attitude made my first visit to this store a big disappointment.
P	Péter 333 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn mountainbike (niet hier gekocht) had een probleem met het freewheel en dit hier laten fixen. Bij ophalen bleek het wiel niet lekker te lopen wanneer hij in de fiets gezet werd. De monteur was het gelukkig helemaal eens en ging voor mij aan de slag, voor de onderdelen binnen waren duurde het even en daarom had hij de fiets in ieder geval klaar gemaakt zodat ik in het weekend kon fietsen. Goed mee gedacht en altijd vriendelijk en professioneel, terwijl ik toch wel wat ongeduldig was. Uiteindelijk is probleem perfect opgelost zonder extra kosten! Heel blij mee deze ervaring en zal hier zeker terug komen. My mountain bike (not bought here) had a problem with the freewheel and had it fixed here. When picked up, the wheel turned out not to run smoothly when it was put in the bike. Fortunately, the mechanic completely agreed and went to work for me, it took a while before the parts were in, so he had at least prepared the bike so that I could cycle during the weekend. Well thought out and always friendly and professional, while I was a bit impatient. In the end, problem was solved perfectly without extra costs! Very happy with this experience and will definitely come back here.
