★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tijd geleden binnenband laten vervangen van m'n achterwiel. Hele snelle service, dat moet ik er zeker bij vermelden. Daarna 15min gefietst en band was weer helemaal plat. Fiets bij een andere fietsenwinkel gebracht (want anders een uur teruglopen met de fiets) en deze vertelde mij dat de binnenband helemaal verkeerd gemonteerd was. Een binnenband monteren lijkt mij toch echt een basis skill voor een fietsenmaker...
 Some time ago I had my rear wheel inner tube replaced. Very fast service, I should definitely mention that. After that I cycled for 15 minutes and the tire was completely flat again. Brought the bike to another bike shop (because otherwise I would walk back an hour with the bike) and they told me that the inner tube had been mounted completely wrong. Fitting an inner tube seems to me to be a basic skill for a bicycle repairman...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a second-hand bike and he assured me that every piece was new. Turns out that the tires were not new but just repaired, and the light was also broken. I had to insist a lot to have it changed as he didn't want to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really poor quality second hand bike. I bought a bike for 140 Euros and it broke 3 times in 3 weeks, first gear cable, then dynamo, then light itself. On the third I asked for a refund which he refused to give. He told me "time is money and I was wasting his time".
He said I was not allowed to come back to the shop.
Do not go here!!! poor quality bikes and extremely rude service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update of my previous review. The problems with the secondhand bike that I bought at Bike Shop were fixed by another bicycle repair shop. The rattling noise was fixed by simply tightening the chain. The other issues were also solved, one by replacing an overstretched cable (that according to Bike Shop should have been brand-new). These were all things that Bike Shop said I shouldn’t complain about. After seeing this other repair shop I am now happily and safely biking about, but it took some effort…

I bought a rather expensive second-hand bike. The quality turned out to be fairly disappointing. I went back for the 1-month service, which Bike Shop offers for secondhand bikes, and hoped for improvement. However, after this service the bike produced even more rattling noises than before. Going back again was no use. The staff made me feel very unwelcome. They literally told me I should not complain because the bike was second-hand. They told me that I took them them too much time, and thus money.
