★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Topservice! Enorm vriendelijk personeel! Ik kreeg mijn cijferslot niet meer open, omdat ik waarschijnlijk per ongeluk de code heb veranderd... Kreeg ik zonder pardon een nieuw slot! Ik kwam voor hulp, maar ging weg met een volledig nieuw slot, dat is nou verassende service bieden! Bedankt!
Top service! Extremely friendly staff! I couldn't open my combination lock anymore, because I probably accidentally changed the code... I got a new lock without mercy! I came for help, but left with a brand new lock, now that's surprising service! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goede ervaring met deze fietsenzaak: na lekke band zou ik fiets week kwijt zijn,ter reparatie. Toen ik halverwege deze week ECHT de fiets moest gebruiken dacht men mee voor oplossing:of ik kreeg (elektrische!) leenfiets mee, of men repareerde band nu! Topservice!
Good experience with this bike shop: after a flat tire I would have lost the bike for a week, for repair. When I REALLY had to use the bike halfway through this week, they thought along for a solution: either I got an (electric!) loan bike, or they repaired the tire now! Top service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik kom hier al vele jaren mijn fiets repareren en onderhouden, en elke keer krijgen ze het weer voor elkaar om je blij aan te spreken en je daadwerkelijk te helpen met je probleem. Ik kwam binnen met een lekke band en tijdens een gesprekje was het alweer gefixt! Fijne mensen en leveren een goede service. Aanrader!!
I've been coming here to repair and maintain my bike for many years, and every time they manage to speak to you happily and actually help you with your problem. I came in with a flat tire and during a chat it was fixed again! Nice people and provide a good service. Recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my stevens mountainbike for a simple break pad change at this shop. What can I say, despite having the wrong pads (non air cooled) installed, an unnecessary resin change was done and on top of that the break performs worse than before (after running it in). After mentioning the issues in the shop, it was told to me everything was fine and that I do not need air cooled breaks in the Netherlands (maybe I do not only ride in the Netherlands?). All of this was not the reason to write this review. The reason is, that i had to pause my current bike tour, because I had a complete failure of the break after 150km Dutch/German streets with visible scratches on the disk. I contacted another shop and they told me a simple break pad change would be 20€ and for air cooled pads 25 including service. I paid nearly 50€ (!!!) here for the wrong pads and will have to pay over 100 now for a new disk and air cooled pads. Maybe for simple bikes is okay, but I can only recommend to look for another shop in case you want quality and service
