★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 fietsen gekocht , wist wat ik wilde hebben, de aanvullende adviezen waren voor de Dutch-Id Infinitie voldoende om de koop door te zetten.
Een winkel net buiten het dorp met veel aandacht voor de klant.
De eerste onderhoudsbeurt is reeds uitgevoerd alle aangegeven garantie defecten goed en op vakkundige wijze uitgevoerd en uitgelegd.
Hier houdt ik van, eerlijkheid en betrouwbaarheid.
Ga zo door zou ik zeggen.

 Bought 2 bicycles, knew what I wanted, the additional advice was sufficient for the Dutch-Id Infinition to continue the purchase.
A shop just outside the village with a lot of attention for the customer.
The first service has already been carried out, all indicated warranty defects have been properly and professionally performed and explained.
This is what I like, honesty and reliability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer goed geholpen. Tijd en ruimte om de fiets voor mij te kunnen kiezen. Breed assortiment fietsen waarmee ik de proefritjes heb gefietst. Snelle levering. Ook heel fijn dat er een heel breed assortiment fietstassen en kettingen zijn. In 1x keer klaar. Een week later kon ik mijn fiets al ophalen. Zeer vriendelijk en pragmatisch ter zakekundig personeel!!! En dat allemaal lekker dichtbij in het dorp.
Helped very well. Time and space to choose the bike for me. Wide range of bicycles with which I have ridden the test rides. Fast delivery. It is also very nice that there is a very wide range of bicycle bags and chains. Ready in 1 go. A week later I was able to pick up my bike. Very friendly and pragmatic professional staff!!! And all that close to the village.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorige maand langs geweest voor een ebike. Had specifiek de wens voor een goede moederfiets. We werden goed geholpen, proefritje gemaakt op een gazelle bloom, die reed super. Alleen de kleur van de fiets vond ik niets. Gelukkig stond er in een ander filiaal wel een gazelle in de goede kleur. Binnen 4 dagen stond de fiets inclusief zitje en kratje helemaal rijklaar. Na 2 dagen toch besloten dat ik het kratje te klein vond en terug gegaan voor een grotere. Zonder afspraak langs gegaan en er werd direct een groter kratje op gezet. Erg fijne service en zeer tevreden over de fiets!
Stopped by last month for an ebike. Specifically had the wish for a good mother's bike. We were well helped, we made a test drive on a gazelle bloom, which drove great. I just didn't like the color of the bike. Fortunately, there was a gazelle in the right color in another branch. Within 4 days the bike, including seat and crate, was ready for use. After 2 days I decided that the crate was too small and went back for a bigger one. Went by without an appointment and a larger crate was immediately put on it. Very nice service and very satisfied with the bike!

With my ever so little experience & knowledge of bikes (well, almost negligible) and the wide variety of bikes available on the market... I had no clue what I was looking for - what brand of bike, or what model, or whether a 3 or 7 gear. It was overwhelming! ? Plus you'd think that the pictures advertised/released by Cortina, would reflect the true colors of their bikes, but no!
So the team went through a very long and painful journey with me. I am very grateful that they did though, because I now love my bike.
