โ โ โ โ โ They cheated me. They said โฌ10.50 to repair the inner tyre. when I went to collect, they charged me โฌ26.5 saying that they had to replace the inner tyre (tube). I would expect them to call If the cost was more than what they agreed. They did not call me though they got my phone number. This is just outrageous and unethical practice. Very rude and grumpy staff. I would never recommend this place for anyone. Please avoid! BUNCH OF UNPROFESSIONALS

โ โ โ โ โ Used to go to this shop a lot but the quality has dropped. One employee in particular (old guy with glasses) doesn't speak nearly the amount of English he should for his very international occupied location, but is also disinterest in helping. Brought a bike that had the back wheel cover touching the wheel to have it adjusted. Not only did they charge for something small, they also decalibrated my breaks during the adjustment, then refused to fix it. Took another bike today in to patch a leaky wheel. That guy said a patch is impossible and that I would need to replace both inner and outer tubes for a staggering 60 euros. Of course it could be patched, but I went ahead and replaced the entire thing myself with youtube and materials from action for a total of an hours work (vids and purchase included) and 11 euros. Nice try, buddy

The staff is rude and impolite! We said 6 euros for fixing only a flat tire,but he changed the inner tube directly and asked for 20euro.it is hard to cancel when the repairmen is done already!
Then only 2 days!!!!the new tube broken again,I came there ,this time without any check,they want to change outter tire for 40 euro !!!! Come on,is your replacements made of gold?!
PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE, there are much better service in city center!
Here staff can't do anything but just changing replacements,with extremely high price and uncomfortable service !!

โ โ โ โ โ Very rude staff. Told me initially that my bike would be fixed same day when I brought it in first thing in the morning. Did not call me back as promised and when I went there in person they said come back in 3 days then the colleague who looked at your bike will be back and might be able to tell you whether he can fix it or not. Total waste of time.

โ โ โ โ โ They wanted 40 euros to replace a tire, without really looking to see what was wrong. This was far too much, so I fixed it myself.
They wanted 10 euros (bargained down from 12) to re-attach the plastic covering surrounding my chain, again without looking to see what was wrong. I paid this a day later when my bike was fixed. I asked the mechanic who was there at the time (different to the one who charges far too much) why the price was so high. He tried to justify this, saying it must've been an expensive job.
Systematically overcharging for routine jobs, plus the attitude of one of the mechanics is quite off-putting. Nijmegen Centraal has a more efficient and friendlier, cost-effective service.

โ โ โ โ โ I'm annoyed so I'm telling this story on behalf of my friend. The first time my friend went to get her bike brakes and back tires fixed but they only fixed her tire. So she went a second time because there was a weird sound whenever she cycled and the brakes still didn't work. After getting it "fixed" now her chain is
not working properly and the brakes are still broken...

โ โ โ โ โ Don't go to this shop. They will over charge you and 'repair' parts of your bike that you didn't even want to repair. They put a new saddle on my bike even though I only came for new handles!! And when I adressed it they said I had to pay!?
But do go to Rik's Fietsenmakerij. It's only a 8 minute walk from this shop and they were friendly, helped me even though they were almost closing. Told me what I did wrong, how I can take better care of my bike and what/how they were repairing my bike. AND I was done within 20 minutes and they charged me way less than I expected (but maybe that's because I was used to the prices of Bike Totaal Jos).
