★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jacques is super. What he has done for me as an amateur middle aged man commuting to work is amazing. I can only imagine what he could do for a serious cyclist or triathlete. Jaques has not only given me a superb bike fit, I have been bike fitted twice in the past, and Jacques was by far the best. He has also identified issues with my pedal stroke which he has improved through dry needling. The benefits of this improved hip.mobility will of course have many other long term health benefits for me. Thanks Jacques.
