J	Jasper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful location, ideal for forest walks. A lot of different restaurants nearby, as well as easy access to the bus. The bus only goes once per hour however. Th service was good, friendly staff, and the rooms were great.

A	Adam Ludera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The good bits: the hotel is situated very nicely, in calm and quiet surroundings, the building and the public spaces of the hotel are very pleasant and well designed. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. However, for a four star hotel the breakfast should be much much better - there is a lot to be (and surely can be) improved in this area - scrambled eggs dried, mediocre coffee, etc. Also the ground floor room that I've stayed in was a bit dark and situated so that you'd have other windows opposite to yours in fairly close distance.
S	Santiago Baldrich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very friendly and helpful and the hotel is very close to the woods, so the views are fantastic for walking or biking. However, we expected more from a four-star hotel. We visited the hotel because some of the reviews spoke well about the measures taken to prevent issues with Covid, but we found that even though they were clear signs and indications, some of the measures were not enforced so you could see other guests not wearing masks or gloves during the breakfast buffet. Other aspects that were not great, you could tell that the showers were not cleaned at least for a day because some people left facemasks on the floor and they weren't picked up during our whole stay. We also had some problems with the reservation of some facilities, which we did mention to the staff but having to remind them kind of defeats the purpose of making the reservation in the first place. TLDR; even though the staff is very nice, the hotel feels overpriced at least whille safety measures are in place.
