★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een super fijne webwinkel! Duidelijke filmpjes en eerlijke informatie. De wereld van wasbare luiers kan best overweldigend zijn, met alle verschillende soorten, varianten en maten. De informatie van de Billenboetiek helpt je om keuzes te maken. Ook de gratis online informatie-avond is echt super. Ze leggen alles duidelijk uit, laten alles zien en je kunt vragen stellen. Wij hadden het demo pakket niet in huis, toch was het duidelijk. Uiteindelijk hebben we ervoor gekozen om een tweedehandspakket op marktplaats te kopen en wel wat nieuwe overbroekjes bij de Billenboetiek besteld. Als je maar een paar broekjes bestelt (brievenbuspakketje), krijg je een kortingscode voor de volgende bestelling om je tegemoet te komen in de verzendkosten. Super service!
 What a super nice webshop! Clear videos and honest information. The world of cloth diapers can be overwhelming, with all different types, variants and sizes. The information from the Billenboutique helps you to make choices. The free online information evening is also really great. They explain everything clearly, show everything and you can ask questions. We did not have the demo package in house, but it was clear. In the end we chose to buy a second-hand package on the marketplace and ordered some new overpants at the Billen Boutique. If you only order a pair of pants (letterbox package), you will receive a discount code for the next order to help with the shipping costs. Great service!

the website is also very practical and has a nice design.
Never knew the diapers were so easy and fun :)

We decided to buy our 'voordeelpakket' (size 1) in their shop in Utrecht, cause we were nervous to make this investment online. There we found very friendly, professional, passionate people who gave us the space and time to ask our questions. We found them very honest and trustworthy in their recommendations. Since our daughter is born 6 months ago, we have used reusable Diapers as of week 1,and we have been enjoying them since. Never a leak, never an issue. When we had questions, Billenboetiek was fast and helpful in their response. We will definetely go for size 2 when it will be the right moment! We recommend using reusable Diapers (don't listen to those who terrorize you), and we recommend Billenboetiek as your provider!

I had some difficulties in learning to use them, and I got answers for all my questions from Billenboetiek. Great customer service! It was a real support, that helped me to get all the benefit of washable diapers. I also appriciate the clear explanantions on the homepage and the advices. It is a great help for a beginner.
