★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The vibe is just right. Intimate. With a great view of the city. They always have the most interesting music here. You won't hear pop. Expect all sorts of jazz, fusion, and avant garde music. The bar serves a good selection of beers, wines, and spirits. They can also make cocktails, and there are plenty of non-alcoholic drinks. The crowd is a bit older and more refined than what you'd find at the Melkweg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, if you are a music lover you have to take part once in a Bimhuis concert. The acoustic is great and the space its perfectly made for music. Highly recommend it. They have a nice bar with anise panorama near the concert hall. Easy to access it from Amsterdam Central.
