★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met alle geheimzinnigheid gebouwd door Gemeente Zaanstad. Al voor de realisatie van dit gebouw was er nergens een bord te zien wat er gebouwd zou worden en door wie. Het schijnt inmiddels te functioneren,maar nog steeds heeft het pand geen naam. De wijk Kogerveld heeft in ieder geval al 1 keer overlast gehad. Een gedurende de hele dag aanwezige penetrante brandlucht... :(
 Built with all mystery by the Municipality of Zaanstad. Even before the realization of this building, there was no sign anywhere to see what would be built and by whom. It seems to be functioning now, but the building still has no name. The Kogerveld district has already had nuisance at least once. A pungent fire smell that is present throughout the day ... :(
