Ein Schild mit diesem Hinweis begrüßte und gestern, als wir, wie inzwischen jeden Samstag, zu Büsch gingen, um frischen Salat, Grünkohl und Rosenkohl vom Feld zu kaufen. Also fragten wir und bekamen von Herrn Büsch eine Führung zur diesjährigen Erstgeburt. Auf diesem Hof stimmt alles. Tolle Ware, schöner Ort, liebenswürdigen Betreiber. "Our first calf is born!" A sign with this note greeted us yesterday when we went to Büsch, as we do every Saturday, to buy fresh lettuce, kale and Brussels sprouts from the field. So we asked and were given a tour of this year's firstborn from Mr. Büsch. Everything is right on this farm. Great goods, beautiful place, gracious operator.

Vieles an frischen Produkten kommt aus eigener Herstellung. A great health food store in the yard! Das vorgeschriebene Hygienekonzept ist von Anfang bis Ende exzellent durchdacht und für die Kunden hervorragend umgesetzt. Da fühlt man sich sicher und kann trotzdem in der Ruhe der typischen Hofladen-Atmosphäre einkaufen. Finally shop in the farm shop again! Immer seiner Zeit voraus wenn es um die Umwelt und Tierhaltung geht. Wer hier noch nicht gewesen ist kennt Bio nicht. Also ein unbedingtes Muss, für alle die sich gesund und umweltbewusst ernähren wollen. Auch nach wechseln des Besitzer, immer noch Top. One of the oldest organic markets I know. Organic is not just a sales argument here, organic is lived here. Always ahead of its time when it comes to the environment and animal husbandry. Anyone who hasn't been here doesn't know Bio.
