Man fühlt sich schnell wohl da und wird schnell der Favorit der Lebensmittelladen. Central location, friendly service, wide range, cheese and bread counter, the good, non-homogenized Demeter whole milk (whoever has tried fresh organic whole milk no longer wants to drink the homogenized milk from the supermarket) is 20 cents cheaper than at Real.

Leider gibt es keinen Parkplatz und sie schneiden das Brot von Vortag nicht mit der Begründung, dass man es ja zum halben Preis bekommt... Nice medium small health food store. Wo früher tatsächlich weit mehr als ein Dutzend inhabergeführter Bäckereien und anderer Lebensmittelhandlungen ihre guten Dienste anboten, ist Sonnentau zur letzten Oase in der Wüste einer seelenlosen Supermarkt-Szene geworden. Udo Jürgens fällt einem ein mit seinem Lied "Im Einkaufs- Center und Discount, da bin ich immer schlecht gelaunt. Im endlos großen Supermarkt: Da droht mir gleich der Herzinfarkt. Wenn ich durch die Regale geh, weiß ich nicht, was ich kaufen soll. Ich schieb den Karren hin und her und schau bei and'ren, was kauft der ?" Doch "Im Tante-Emma-Laden, an der Ecke vis-a-vis: Wenn an der Türe die Glocke läutet - dann klingt das fast wie Nostalgie..." BIO - wie "Bleibe In Ordnung" - für dieses im wahren Sinne des Wortes Krefelder Kleinod müsste es eigentlich zehn Sterne geben !
