★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ons avondje in Driebergen begonnen wij Bistro Paul. Fijne ambiance met joviale medewerkers. De bistro zelf ziet er gezellig uit in goed balans. Het eten zelf is van zeer goeede kwaliteit. Wij kunnen bijna niks negatiefs verzinnen, echter toen het een beetje drukker werd, liep de service qua timing behoorlijk terug. Het wachten op het dessert duurde echt te lang, maar de smaak maakte veel goed.
 Our evening at Driebergen we started Bistro Paul. Fine atmosphere with jovial employees. The bistro itself looks nice in good balance. The food itself is of very good quality. We can not think of anything negative, but when it got a bit busier, the service went back pretty well. Waiting for the dessert really took too long, but the taste made up for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontzettend gezellig restaurant, met heerlijk en betaalbaar eten, voor ieder wel wat wils op de kaart.
Een klein nadeel is dat het soms wat rumoerig kan zijn als het hele restaurant vol zit zoals bij ons, maar de fantastische service maakt het helemaal goed. Wij moesten wat langer wachten op ons eten omdat er net voor ons twee grote groepen binnengekomen waren, maar de ober kwam zich hier zelf voor verontschuldigen (zonder dat wij er iets van gezegd hadden oid) en gaf ons allemaal een drankje van het huis. Dat vind ik zo mooi dat ik toch 5 sterren geef. Een dikke aanrader dus.
Very cozy restaurant, with delicious and affordable food, something for everyone on the menu.
A small disadvantage is that it can sometimes be a bit noisy when the whole restaurant is full like ours, but the fantastic service makes up for it. We had to wait a little longer for our food because two large groups had arrived just before us, but the waiter came to apologize for this himself (without us saying anything) and gave us all a drink on the house. I like it so much that I give it 5 stars. So highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even on a buddy Valentine's Sunday, owner Paul and his staff are patient and make sure to give you plenty of attention. Paul not only explained at length which wines he recommended, but let us taste three glasses!
In all, good dishes and a lovely dining hall with excellent service. We had a great evening, see you soon!
