Any special dietary considerations where considered and where applicable a high quality substitution was provided.
I would happily recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for an all evening fine dining experience.

Only had one vegetarian option though which felt a bit off with regard to their ambition to be state of the art traditional cuisine. If they want to be on top of things they better mix a few vegan dishes into the foam and become a part of the solution - not the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fine dining experience in the heart of Groningen, pleasant ambience and quiet bistro. We ordered the 6-course menu and the food quality was very good, with a nice mix of different flavours and a satisfactory presentation. I am giving 4 out of 5 stars because service should be improved for the price point of the restaurant. Please don't get me wrong, overall the service was good but we had a couple of problems, namely the fact that initially I was handed out an empty menu and that my boyfriend received one of the courses without sauce. All these minor things were promptly addressed by the staff but I suppose they're worth mentioning.
Overall I would recommend this restaurant if you happen to be in Groningen and you're into fine dining.
