★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opgelicht! Omdat ik mij niet fijn voelde bij gebreken die ik tijdens de bezichtiging niet had gezien, mocht ik mijn huurcontract verscheuren. Dit maakt hem dus nietig. Alsnog krijg ik mijn servicekosten (zwart betaald, niet in het contract opgenomen 100 euro) niet terug! Geen argument, telefoon wordt opgehangen en ik word genegeerd. Reactie van eigenaar: "Ik word ook wel eens bestolen". Verwacht hier geen zuivere koffie!
 Scammed! Because I did not feel comfortable with defects that I had not seen during the viewing, I was allowed to tear up my lease. So this invalidates him. I still do not get my service costs (paid in black, not included in the contract 100 euros)! No argument, the phone is hung up and I'm ignored. Response from owner: "I get robbed sometimes". Don't expect pure coffee here!
