★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Héél klant onvriendelijk! Ik vraag om een bepaald soort bloemen en vermeld erbij dat ik ze nodig heb voor een begrafenis op VRIJDAG. Zegt de medewerker: nee die bloemen heb ik niet, kan ze wel bestellen voor ZATERDAG...... waarop ik antwoord met: een begrafenis verzetten is wat lastig.
Niet even een, sorry, och wat een onhandige opmerking oid maar alleen maar een domme blik. Pfff... pijnlijk hoor... ik kom er in ieder geval niet weer!
 Very customer unfriendly! I ask for a certain type of flowers and mention that I need them for a funeral on FRIDAY. The employee says: no, I don't have those flowers, can order them for SATURDAY ...... to which I answer with: rescheduling a funeral is a bit difficult.
Not just one, sorry, oh what a clumsy comment or something, but just a stupid look. Phew ... painful ... in any case I won't be back!
