★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would prefer not to give a star at all. Me and my fiancé actually live in Germany and celebrating our wedding this summer near utrecht. I talked to the owner of the shop about the wedding decoration and received confirmation that he is doing the decoration for us. It was 6 months ago. We talked face to face- and he confirmed verbally. Even if it was a verbal agreement with many emails, we trusted that a contract had been concluded. But today I got an email in Dutch (the owner does SPEAK English, but he doesnt event do effort to write me in English) that he can not make our wedding decoration after all. And after I contact him via mail today first to discuss about the flower choices. 3 months before our wedding. That is not possible! Without any Explanations! This is badly unprofessional!! Every bride and groom know, how important the flower decoration arrangement is for the venue. Sorry Peter but your way to do your business like this is just not normal and very disappointing! If you are not able to do implement customer wishes, say it right away and not 6months later!!!
