★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat ben ik toch ontzettend blij met bloemen huis Monique. Altijd blij met mijn boeketten, kamerplanten en buiten planten voor in mijn tuin. Word erg zorgvuldig gemaakt en het personeel is altijd vriendelijk en meedenkend. Duimpjes omhoog hoor! Als ik meer sterren kon geven, had ik dat zeker gedaan. Ga zo door en vriendelijk bedankt voor jullie service. ?
 I am so very happy with flower house Monique. Always happy with my bouquets, indoor plants and outdoor plants for my garden. Made very carefully and the staff is always friendly and thoughtful. Thumbs up! If I could give more stars I certainly would. Keep it up and thank you very much for your service. ?

Ik had 170 rozen besteld, maandagochtend naar de winkel en de bloemiste zegt tegen mij: “ik heb geen zin om te tellen, dus ik geef je deze rozen en dan heb je er iets meer.” Een uur later kom ik erachter dat ik 100 rozen heb meegekregen… Gebeld naar de winkel “Ja, u kunt de rest komen halen.” Dus, voor de tweede keer langs; half uur later blijk ik er 60 meegekregen te hebben! Oftewel, nog steeds te weinig. Ik bel de zaak opnieuw en krijg te horen dat het een menselijke fout was, sinds ze de tweede keer ook NIET hadden geteld. En vervolgens mij een grote mond geven dat ik al had gezegd dat ik het volstrekt belachelijk vond. Had in de eerste bestelling ook nog eens de verkeerde rozen gekregen bleek later. Ga niet meer terug…
Don't go here for large orders! I had ordered 170 roses, went to the store on Monday morning and the florist says to me: "I don't feel like counting, so I'll give you these roses and then you'll have some more." An hour later I find out that I have been given 100 roses… Called the store “Yes, you can come and get the rest.” So, passing by for the second time; half an hour later I appear to have received 60! In other words, still too little. I call the case again and am told it was human error, since they also did NOT count the second time. And then scold me for saying that I thought it was completely ridiculous. Had also received the wrong roses in the first order, it turned out later. Don't go back…
