★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij komen hier al jaren het zomergoed en de boeketten kopen. Kwaliteit is goed alleen 1 personeelslid flink postuur laat de wensen over. Zeer onvriendelijk naar klanten toe is ons al 4 keer gebeurd op zeer korte tijd. Vandaag vrijdag was het weer raak. Nadat ze weer van die vreemde opmerkingen naar mijn vrouw uitte was de maat vol en mijn vrouw heeft tegen haar gezegd wat bent u onvriendelijk. De eigenaar Karl zal toch maatregelen nemen naar dit personeelslid want anders lopen de klanten weg.
We have been coming here for years to buy summer goods and bouquets. Quality is good, only 1 staff member, good build, leaves a lot to be desired. Very unfriendly to customers has happened to us 4 times in a very short time. Today Friday it happened again. After she made those strange remarks to my wife again, she had had enough and my wife said to her how unkind you are. The owner Karl will nevertheless take measures towards this staff member, otherwise the customers will run away.
