De zaak heeft beperkte openingstijden; doorgaans van donderdag t/m vrijdag. Het aanbod wisselt voortdurend en is vaak verrassend.
De winkel is heel smaakvol ingericht. De eigenaresse en de medewerksters hebben een prettig gevoel voor wat de klant zoekt.
Er is veel ruimte voor persoonlijke aandacht. De drukke shopper wordt hier getrakteerd op een momentje gas terug.
