★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na een online bestelling werd er geen product verzonden. Na mailcontact kreeg ik te horen dat de webshop ging stoppen en het aankoopbedrag teruggestort zou worden. Na nog een keer mailen is dat ook daadwerkelijk gebeurd. In de webshop is echter nog steeds geen bericht over dat ze gaan stoppen en de producten die ze blijkbaar niet konden leveren zijn ook niet weggehaald.
No product was sent after an online order. After mail contact I was told that the webshop was going to stop and the purchase amount would be refunded. After e-mailing again, that actually happened. However, there is still no message in the webshop that they are going to stop and the products that they apparently could not deliver have also not been removed.
