★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nette bezorging zoals afgesproken. Boeket was aan het eind van de dag bezorgd om onze lerares te bedanken voor haar inzet. Mooi boeket. Bloemen bleven meer dan 2 weken mooi.
 Neat delivery as agreed. Bouquet was delivered at the end of the day to thank our teacher for her efforts. Nice bouquet. Flowers remained beautiful for more than 2 weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De bloemen zijn prachtig, de boeketten eveneens Ze hebben mooie ideeën en leuke versieringen. Erg creatief bezig, je zal zeker iets leuks vinden wat je aanspreekt... Maar helaas voel je je niet altijd even welkom. De medewerkers zijn overbezorgd dat je iets om laat vallen of kijken hun ogen uit om te voorkomen dat er iets gebeurt. Erg jammer, meerdere malen meegemaakt dat je met een 'naar' gevoel de winkel verlaat.
Het zelf laten maken van een boeket vergt ook de nodige aandacht. Ze kunnen zo een bloementakje waar je voor betaald uit je boeket laten en 2 euro extra vragen voor de groene takken die ze beloven er in te doen. Achteraf zijn het maar 1 of 2 takken met een paar blaadjes.
Eerlijkheid en omgang met je klanten spelen wel een grote rol om nogmaals naar een winkel te gaan.
The flowers are beautiful, so are the bouquets. They have beautiful ideas and nice decorations. Very creative, you will certainly find something that appeals to you ... But unfortunately you do not always feel welcome. The employees are over-concerned that you drop something or look their eyes out to prevent something from happening. Very unfortunate, experienced several times that you leave the store with a 'to' feeling.
Having a bouquet made yourself also requires the necessary attention. In this way, they can leave a bouquet of flowers that you paid for and pay 2 euros extra for the green branches that they promise to put in there. Afterwards it is only 1 or 2 branches with a few leaves.
Honesty and dealing with your customers play a major role in going to a store again.
