J	J Bruin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onze ervaring met de Blokhutspecialist is overall positief te noemen en met onze op maat gemaakte Lugarde blokhut zijn wij tevreden. Wij hebben goed contact gehad met alle medewerkers van de afdelingen verkoop, planning en service. Ook de vervoerders waren ondanks hun lange dagen altijd vriendelijk en de monteurs bleven vrolijk doorwerken tijdens het barre weer in april (sneeuwbuien). Bij het uitpakken bleek de sponning van de deur zwaar beschadigd en ook waren wij niet tevreden over de kwaliteit van het spuitwerk. Na enkele weken is alles opnieuw geleverd en geplaatst. Omdat wij een andere dakgoot hadden besteld, bleek bij het (zelf) plaatsten van de dakgoot de contructie niet te kloppen. Een leermomentje voor de Blokhutspecialist, maar ook dit is uiteindelijk opgelost met andere beugels. Wellicht nog een puntje van aandacht voor de Blokhutspecialist; de vele pallets en dus hout waar de klant mee blijft zitten en zelf moet afvoeren. Dit alles bij elkaar zorgt ervoor dat wij de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding van Lugarde en de Blokhutspecialist op 4 sterren waarderen. Our experience with the Log Cabin Specialist can be called overall positive and we are satisfied with our custom-made Lugarde log cabin. We have had good contact with all employees of the sales, planning and service departments. Despite their long days, the carriers were always friendly and the mechanics continued to work cheerfully during the harsh weather in April (snow showers). When unpacking, the rebate of the door turned out to be badly damaged and we were also not satisfied with the quality of the paintwork. After a few weeks, everything was delivered and installed again. Because we had ordered a different gutter, the construction turned out to be incorrect when installing the gutter (self). A learning moment for the Log Cabin Specialist, but this too was eventually solved with other brackets. Perhaps another point of attention for the Blokhutspecialist; the many pallets and therefore wood that the customer is left with and has to dispose of himself. All this together ensures that we rate the price/quality ratio of Lugarde and the Blokhutspecialist at 4 stars.
M	Merle hebing on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na een prettig gesprek met Roderick hebben we een mooie op maat gemaakte overkapping besteld. De overkapping is snel en professioneel gemonteerd door de monteurs. We zijn er erg blij mee! After a pleasant conversation with Roderick, we ordered a beautiful custom-made roof. The roof is quickly and professionally mounted by the mechanics. We are very happy with it!
A	Adri V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We zijn heel tevreden met onze maatwerk-overkapping die we samen met de Blokhutspecialist ontworpen hebben. Nadat onze eerste ideeën wat te hoog voor ons budget gegrepen bleken, is er samen een mooie overkapping uitgewerkt die wel binnen ons budget viel. De overkapping is geplaatst op zes stuks twee meter lange schroefpalen, waardoor we er lang, zonder verzakking van hopen te kunnen genieten. Binnen anderhalve dag waren de vriendelijke en nette monteurs klaar met hun klus, waarbij kleine probleempjes in overleg netjes werden opgelost. Hierna konden wij met de verdere afwerking en inrichting beginnen. Blokhutspecialist bedankt! We are very satisfied with our custom-made roof that we designed together with the Blokhutspecialist. After our first ideas turned out to be a bit too high for our budget, we worked out a nice roof together that fell within our budget. The roof is placed on six two-metre-long screw piles, so we hope to be able to enjoy it for a long time without sagging. Within a day and a half, the friendly and neat technicians finished their job, whereby small problems were neatly solved in consultation. After this we could start with the further finishing and furnishing. Thank you Log Cabin Specialist!
G	Guido Aarnoutse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer tevreden over de Blokhutspecialist! In maart dit jaar in de showroom geweest in Capelle a/d IJssel en daar zagen we een mooie veranda staan. Met verkoper Peter ter plekke een ontwerp gemaakt voor onze woning en na een paar keer heen en weer mailen de definitieve offerte getekend. Tussen het bestellen en plaatsen prima contact gehad met Dirk en Bjorn van de planning en in oktober is de veranda geplaatst door Raimon en Ifar. Echt 2 geweldige kerels. Pietjes precies, maar ook super leuk in de omgang. De veranda is mooier geworden dan we hadden verwacht. Complimenten aan Blokhutspecialist en ook zeker aan Raimon en Ifar! Very satisfied with the Blokhutspecialist! Went to the showroom in Capelle a/d IJssel in March this year and we saw a beautiful veranda there. Made a design for our house with seller Peter on the spot and after a few emails back and forth the final quote was signed. Between ordering and installing I had excellent contact with Dirk and Bjorn of the planning and in October the veranda was placed by Raimon and Ifar. Really 2 great guys. Pietjes precise, but also super nice to deal with. The veranda turned out nicer than we expected. Congratulations to Blokhutspecialist and certainly to Raimon and Ifar!

Ook reactietijd is snel wat zeer fijn is als je tuinman een antwoord wilt hebben :-). Levering was goed geregeld. Nette en behulpzame chauffeur. Zeer tevreden over het resultaat. Nu nog verder aankleden. Wij gaan een mooie zomer tegemoet. Al met al zeer positief. Bought a roof and garden house at a log cabin specialist in Capelle. Helped well and quickly by Alex. Response time is also fast which is very nice if your gardener wants an answer :-). Delivery was well arranged. Nice and helpful driver. Very satisfied with the result. Now get dressed even more. We are going to have a beautiful summer. All in all very positive.

Uiteindelijk was het materiaal een maand later geleverd dan verwacht. Maar verder verliep het proces vrij soepel van levering tot en met montage. De monteurs gingen door ondanks weer en wind. Er zat een scheur in de deurkozijn en dit hebben we gemeld. Er wordt een nieuwe besteld die zij later weer komen monteren. Netjes geregeld. We are satisfied with the result of our log cabin. The conversations up to the final design went smoothly. In the end, the material was delivered a month later than expected. But otherwise the process went quite smoothly from delivery to installation. The mechanics continued despite wind and weather. There was a crack in the door frame and we reported it. A new one is ordered which they will assemble later. Just arranged.

A practically brand new shed with 5 years of warranty is holding water on one side of the shed (flat roof) and not draining at all as the water is not flowing to the drain. They are not even a considering to inspect in order to find a solution.

With any knoledge of foundations and levels, u can build a straight sturdy house all yourself.
