Ter plekke goed en professioneel advies gekregen en zeer vriendelijk geholpen. Tijdens het bouwen diverse keren telefonisch en via mail hulp en advies gevraagd. Medewerkers proactief in het zoeken naar oplossingen. Zo werden foto's opgestuurd van een demo-model om de bouwinstructies te verduidelijken. Beschadigde onderdelen warden direct vervangen en had ik een dag later al in huis. Kan het bedrijf in alle opzichten aanbevelen !. Bought Norfolk Lounge cabin after visiting the showroom in Zutphen (which I can recommend to everyone). On the spot received good and professional advice and very friendly help. Asked for help and advice several times during construction by telephone and email. Employees proactive in the search for solutions. For example, photos of a demo model were sent to clarify the building instructions. Damaged parts were immediately replaced and I already had them at home a day later. Can recommend the company in every way!

Blokhut (betaald) laten opbouwen door mensen van Blokhutwinkel. Nu vallen de deuren er van vocht en rotting uit. Blokhutwinkel geeft geen oplossing en geen garantie en zegt dat ze dit product nu niet meer verkopen en dat ik zelf maar nieuwe deuren op maat moet (laten) timmeren. Ik adviseer u om elders te kopen. I bought a log cabin at Blokhutwinkel 3 years ago. All parts of cabin tidy before several times in the Sikkens paint. Have Blokhutwinkel (paid) built by people from Blokhutwinkel. Now the doors fall out of moisture and rot. Blokhutwinkel gives no solution and no guarantee and says that they no longer sell this product and that I have to build new doors to order. I advise you to buy elsewhere.

Hoog niveau vakkennis die voor mij als leek goed te begrijpen is. Blokhut kwaliteit zoals verwacht, service helemaal top. Wij wilden een iets afwijkende maat blokhut. Dat was, in tegenstelling tot andere bedrijven, geen probleem. Met andere woorden voor een ieder aan te bevelen dit bedrijf te bezoeken voor een blokhut. Great reception and approach. Personally, thinking not sales-oriented but service-oriented. High level of professional knowledge that is easy to understand for me as a layman. Log cabin quality as expected, service absolutely top. We wanted a slightly different size log cabin. That was no problem, unlike other companies. In other words, to recommend everyone to visit this company for a log cabin.

Der Monteur ist am morgen der Montage ausgeallen. Spontan haben sich zwei Mitarbeiter ins Auro gesetzt und haben das Haus in Deutschland aufgebaut, Everything perfect. Waren bij levering wat vergeten maar kwamen zonder zeuren een nalevering doen & toen wij zelf nog wat extra's wilden dachten ze met ons mee. Erg fijn communiceren met de mensen binnen dit bedrijf.
