★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik vindt het een mooie winkel. Je kan er van alles kopen of anders bestellen. Ik bestel dan wel in de winkel zodat het bij deze vestiging meetelt. Ook de bestelling daar ophalen vindt ik makkelijk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De asociale manager van de blokker wilde mijn dove oma niet helpen. Ze had een probleem met een product en dit product wilde hij al niet aannemen. Toen mijn oma vroeg of hij zijn mondkapje (er zat 1,5m afstand + plexiglas tussen de twee) even af wilde zetten zodat zij hem duidelijker kon verstaan omdat ze doof was, zei de MANAGER doodleuk dat ze dan maar wat aan haar doofheid moest doen. De vrouw loopt al met een gehoorapparaat maar beter dan dit wordt het niet. Hoe bedoel je iemand de grond in stampen door haar zo te kwetsen. Dit moet dan een manager voorstellen? Wat een boegbeeld ben je dan voor je personeel. Ongelooflijk asociaal, onklantvriendelijk, verschrikkelijk dom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klantenservice van lik mijn vestje. Gister een blender opgehaald die het bij thuiskomst helemaal niet blijkt te doen. Goederen kunnen door covid niet terug gebracht worden naar de winkel, maar dienen opgestuurd te worden. Met andere woorden: ophalen (geld verdienen) kan wel, bij defecten geven ze niet thuis en schuiven ze het op covid. Test dan op zijn minst de apparatuur in de winkel voordat je deze meegeeft, in plaats van mensen onnodig op kosten te jagen etc. Zeer ontevreden.
Customer service from Lick My Cardigan. Picked up a blender yesterday that turned out not to work at all when we got home. Goods cannot be returned to the store by covid, but must be sent. In other words: collecting (earning money) is possible, in case of defects they do not give at home and they put it on covid. At the very least, test the equipment in the store before handing it in, instead of unnecessarily chasing people, etc. Very dissatisfied.
